Dry Fasting is where you go without food or water for a select period of time. I did a 24 hour dry fast and it wasn't that bad. You can check out that video here

When you decide that you are going to dry fast, you have to choose which type of dry fast you would like to do.

1. Hard Dry Fast
A hard dry fast is when you go without food or water for a select period of time and also do not have any external contact with water. That means no showers, brushing your teeth or washing your face.

2. Soft Dry Fast
A soft dry fast is where you go without food or water for a select period of time. The soft dry fast is the most common dry fast and is also good for beginners.

3. Prolonged Dry Fast
A prolonged dry fast is where you dry fast for longer than 24 hours.

4. Intermittent Dry Fast
An intermittent dry fast is where you have a set period of time to dry fast and set a period of time when you break your fast. Most people choose the 16:8 dry fasting method where you dry fast for 16 hours and have 8 hours of eating or drinking.

Dry fasting is good for gaining clarity and also for losing weight.
