Be a gap hunter not an idea hunter. Gaps are simple problems or opportunities that if addressed or resolved correctly will result in positive results.Gaps can be large or small. Many organisations fall into the trap of only seeking large gaps which can be complex, time consuming, risky, and costly. By adopting the ‘Game of Inches’ and seeking small, accessible gaps, small wins can be achieved quickly. A lot of small wins over time will lead to big results.
