Budgie: A Modern, Traditional Desktop

The #Budgie Desktop Environment was forked from #Gnome 3 to provide a modern desktop with traditional layouts, but also contain more modern functions than other desktops like Cinnamon. This was created for the #Solus OS project, but has since been adopted into most mainline distros.
