Simple Things In Life Are Often The Best - Live a Happy Life We’ve all heard the phrase: "Some of the best things in life are free"
But have you really thought about how this applies to you and in particular, your good mental health?
Recently I’ve experienced this very thing and it’s highlighted to me the importance of the simple things in life.
Firstly I was with the kids for the school half term break and I think that whilst kids can be kids and sometimes really annoying when they just won’t do their homework!!
But kids are also very awesome
My two are no exception and that’s why I like to get them on here whenever I can.
Spending time with them, doing stuff that they like is really so simple, yet I think has an amazing effect on me for sure.
Kids just aren’t clouded by all the everyday rubbish that us “sensible adults” are and they not only see things as they truly are, but more importantly, don’t see all the crappy self-constructed rubbish barriers and limitations that the “real world’ imposes on us.
