1)Firstly i would like to tell you about PA66. PA66 natural color is brown. We have PA66 material of different categories. It can be categorized by difference in color and by difference in strength capability. As you can see these two materials are same category PA66 but they have two different color. PA66 different in color because of the heat stabilizer technique applied on the material. Which enhance the capability to bear different heat environment.
Another Category is PA66 with addition of GF 25.
What is this GF 25 and why it is added ?
The answer is that GF 25 is addition of 25 % Glass fibre in PA66 material. We add this quantity of glass fibre to enhance the toughness of material. This addition of glass fibre in material increase the bearing capability of load.
There is always a possibility that PA66 without GF can shrink or contract. That is the reason we often recommend our customers to add GF.
Another category of PA66 which we used to produce a special product of Precision angular contact bearing cages is PA66 with addition of Ceramic fibre CF. This material is expensive and having high surface finishing and smoothness. This material color is dark grey
There is another category of Poly -amid material which named as PA 6.
What is the difference between PA6 and PA66
PA6 is soft and have frictional resistance
PA6 price is half of PA66 usually we don’t use it so much.
We also produce some products made of POM material。It is White in color. Has high resistance to friction and high strength. It has weakness of high brittleness.
PC，PP and PE we use to develop bearing jacket. Which are used in electric appliance industry
One of the properties of these materials is strong liquidity fast solidification . PP ， PC ，PE these materials used to produce such parts whose purpose is to provide good appearance i.e air conditioner housing
Dupont 101L is also a type of PA66. This material is local produced in Wuxi
We use it to produce thrust needle which are used by our customers in transformer
Another plastic material PPS, it has the advantage of radiation resistance. But it has poor toughness, poor water absorption.
One of the important material which we use is PEEK material. We can add CF carbon fibre of 30 % in it. Which results in high strength of product.
It is light in weight. Has wear resistance.
But it is expensive than all the other materials.
