Royal Netherlands Air Force KDC 10 30 Departure from RAF Brize Norton 15|8|19

Royal Netherlands Air Force KDC 10 30 Departure from RAF Brize Norton 15|8|19 While we were waiting for the 747 to depart from Fairford which in the end we missed because it went tech and departed too late for us, we went up to RAF brize Norton for a Netherlands air force KDC-10 departure. As we were watching German A400M arrive, I suddenly noticed the KDC-10 on approach to Brize Norton it went right over the top of the A400M, I thought we would go and see it. We were in luck because as we arrived the KDC-10 was just taxying out. We were very lucky to see this because T-264 and the other one are being retired next year and replaced by KC-30's.
It was an awesome sight to see this 40-year-old beauty fly my first catch of one and most likely my last, this aircraft entered service in 1978 with martin air holland in 1995 it was converted to a tanker and entered service with the RNAF, this one of only two KDC-10's in existence, a very rare sight.
Anyway, like comment subscribe for more aviation content coming up.
