July 2019 Webinar Grandstream (TAPI Alternative)

July 2019 Webinar Grandstream (TAPI Alternative) The Grandstream UCM6202 VoIP PBX uses analog phone lines to place and receive phone calls. Since the device supports SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), it can be used by WIN-911 as an alternative to TAPI modems anywhere analog phone lines are available to make phone calls.

WIN-911 interfaces with the UCM using a VoIP connection, the UCM then routes the call to the attached analog line(s). The UCM6202 supports up to two analog lines allowing WIN-911 to handle up to two calls simultaneously. The UCM device must be on the same subnet as WIN-911 and does not require an internet connection.
