this video include forward characteristic of PN junction diode practical experiment which is useful for MSBTE courses like electronics and telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, information technology as well as to 12th science students studying physics as a subject. this video is divided into three parts, part 1 consists of circuit diagram of experiment. part 2 consists of experimental setup of practical and connection of voltmeter and ammeter for taking reading. part 3 consists of actual experiment in which voltage is increased in steps of 0.1volt upto 1volt and reading on ammeter are taken to plot graph of forward voltage vs forward current. this graph is also called as forward characteristic of PN junction diode or vi characteristic of PN junction diode.
