Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), Dec 07 (ANI): Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das after casting his vote in the 2nd phase of Assembly polls asserted that BJP will be rewarded for establishing a better government in last 5 years. “I appeal to the people of the state to participate in this festival of democracy.
