Time-Restricted Eating

Time-Restricted Eating Time-Restricted Eating is a type of Intermittent Fasting where all food is consumed during a certain period of time each day - usually 8-12 hours.

Recent research has shown that Time-Restricted Feeding (TRF) may benefit certain health markers including insulin sensitivity and beta-cell functioning, as well as lowering blood pressure and potentially protecting against cancer.

However, these benefits may be limited to TRF that is implemented during daylight hours. Can late-night eating pose threats to our health? Let's see what the research has to say!
