THE SLEUTHS OF PS FALAKNUMA TWO PERSONS NABBED FOR POSSESSING THE SUBSTANCE OF NARCOTIC DRUG (GANJA) FOR
SELLING THE SAME TO NEEDY PERSONS AND BOOKED U/S 8 (C)
R/W 20 (B) OF NDPS ACT.
On 09.09.2019 at 2100 hrs while Falaknuma Police along with RPF
Force under the supervision of Sri K. Srinivas Rao, Inspector of Police,
conducting surprise vehicle checking at Falaknuma Depot. Meanwhile two
persons namely (1) Irfan Khan r/o Nampally and (2) Mohammed Abdul
Awais r/o Mallepally were found coming towards Falaknuma Depot on one
Gold & Yellowish color Honda Activa vehicle B.No. TS-12-EK-3278. On that the
on duty staff signed them to stop the vehicle aside, but they both tried to
escape from there, but however, they have managed to catch them along with
staff. On further checking the Falaknuma police found two polythene covers, in
which one polythene cover containing packets of Ganja about 140 Grams and
another black polythene cover containing loose ganja leafs about 500 grams in
the vehicle dickey. On questioning the two persons confessed that they have
brought the 25 small sachets of dry Ganja from Dhoolpet and some unpacked
Ganja for Rs. 12000/- and kept the same in two black polythenie covers
separately for selling the same for needy customers at their residential areas
and other places. Accordingly the two accused persons were taken into custody
and seized the Ganja and Honda Activa vehicle B.No. TS-12-EK-3278.
Both the arrested accused are being produced before the court for
judicial remand
