Struggle to get a refund from [Career Circle UK]

Have you tried to get a study pack from Career Circle UK? (www.careercircleuk.co.uk)

I was interested in Graphic Design and bought 'The Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Illustrator CC Certification course'

But once I paid for it, the customer service was not responsive. And it took 10 days to get the study pack. It has no information about ACE test plan but you can study Illustrator CC anyway (By the way, there was no any apology for the delay. Once you paid, don't expect good customer service).

So I asked for a refund. I've been told it will be processed but they don't give me any email regarding the refund although I keep insisting. I'm worried due to there are no one answer my email and phone for the last 5 days apart from one person named Anna who convinced me to buy the course and not responsive since I paid for the pack and she even called me rude (look who's talking).

If I cannot get a refund, I have to report HMRC Scam. And I will make a video as a report about the purchase (I will share the process with you).
