ZOEY - embedded collar
Zoey is a typical case of neglect. Her owner kept her on a chain and failed to notice that her collar is embedding in her throat. The lack of education, specially in villages, is of great concern.
She is being cared for now. The physical wounds will heal and maybe in time also the psychological ones :(

It seems that Zoey will need a surgery to stitch her skin back together :( A specialist from Germany will be here to assist the procedure.
After that she will really need a loving home to forget her ordeal.
