Lecture 1 Types of Bilingual Education

This presentation covers all types of bilingual education available in the United States context as well as all over the world. While some types of bilingual education programs aim at preparing students to become biliterate and (conceptual) fluent in both languages, others just operate the programs as a contemporary solution to help students assimilate into the mainstream education in English.
