In an attempt to bring harmony to the office, Michael Scott (Steve Carell) attempts to solve all the office's issues. In this scene Dwight (Rainn Wilson) complains about all the pranks that Jim (John Krasinski) has played on him.

These include the following...

Convinced Dwight an abandoned infant was in the women's restroom.
Used a macro so that every time Dwight typed his name, it appeared as "diapers".
Replaced Dwight's writing instruments with crayons.
Incrementally increased the weight of Dwight's telephone handset, then abruptly decreased the weight, causing Dwight to smack himself in the face with the phone.

Season 2, Episode 21 'Conflict Resolution' - Chaos ensues when Michael takes responsibility for conflict resolution from the Human Relations department.
