Here are the specs(Some parts not installed yet but everything is here)
Engine/Drivetrain
- Briggs 305cc OHV engine, 10hp/15ftlbs TQ stock with tiny stock carb, airbox, and exhaust box. As it sits with carb, intake, and straight pipe probably around 12-13hp. Will then be ported and stiffer valvesprings
- Dynotune 5hp shot of nitrous
- 40 Series TQ converter and gearing to do north of 100mph at 5,000 rpms.
Frame:
-Heavily modified(lol understatement) Sun Revolutions steel beach cruiser frame.
-Stretched 7" with gussets, new thicker and stronger cross brace, and square tube bottom brace+flat motor mount
-Replaced head tube with thick walled chromoly downhill MTB head tube and boxed it with steel plate
-Kawasaki KE125 Enduro front end with widened moped cafe racer handlebars+controls and 90/90-21 motorcycle tire
-Rosette welded in a thick steel tube inside whole length of seatpost, then cut off everything behind it and remade it wider with much stronger steel tubing.
-18x2.15" Excel dirtbike rear hoop with custom length 10ga spokes laced to a ghettobike billet hub and 100/90 Shinko 712 motorcycle rear tire
-Fabbed up dual piston pitbike rear brake with simple cafe racer rearset for foot brake
-203mm jackshaft brake with shimano hydraulic caliper
-Cheapo amazon Cafe racer seat + CG125 gas tank w/ simple mounts welded to frame.
Project is 10 months in the making - will post new videos only rarely as I hit new milestones.
