Words from a Concern Black Man I speak on the case of Brandt Jean brother of Botham Jean regarding the recent murder trial.
It is a sick game that's been played on our Black people, they are mocking us, If you check out this case you will realize that they are promoting Brandt's speech because of what he had to say about ''give you life to Jesus", the dad said he wants to be friends with the murderer the mother was stern and warned the city at least.
Last thing I observed was that none of the Black officials in the court house (Judge, court security, Lawyers) none of them consoled the Victim's family but you saw them hugging the murderer, fixing her hair and speaking kindly so kindly to her. What kinda message is the media sending here? Black lives don't matter?
Forgiveness is a nice idea at times but! Why are Black people the ones who most frequently get asked to forgive White people? They still have not forgiven us for simply being Black and Powerful, they demonize us and murder us. But we should continue to forgive them? Well they will continue to kill us and oppress us then.
Brandt said he wants the best for her, he never once complained about the countless gallons of Black blood being spilled by the hands of the police and how the court trials usually go, instead he focused on forgiveness and Jesus.
Do you not see where this had gotten us?
This is what they been doing to us, we been turning the other cheek.
