The Last Year of the Musicals at Many Glacier, by Christopher Hopkins

The Last Year of the Musicals at Many Glacier, by Christopher Hopkins Many Glacier Hotel, once known as the Showplace of the Rockies saw the end of that era in 1983. It was the final year of a tradition that ran from 1961. Hired by Mr. Ian Tipped, employees entertained guests with nightly concerts, sing-alongs and hootenannies. Every summer would end with a Broadway show put on by the employees. Our year it was Kiss Me Kate.

I also decided to arrange a one-night concert and put on a 40 minute show with all my new found friends for life. Here, in about two minutes, I combine them both.
