Defend Negros Movement: Truth commission needed to investigate killings | Matters of Fact

The convener of the Defend Negros Movement calls for the establishment of a truth commission to investigate the recent spate of killings in the Negros Oriental province. Ariel Casilao says, the truth commission will allow for a unbiased investigation of the killings. At least 83 people have been killed in the province so far since last year.
