New Motorcycle Law Takes Effect

On July 1st, changes to Kansas' motorcycle laws took effect. You now have to have your Class M endorsement before you can ride a motorcycle,. You can no longer practice on a temporary tag before taking your driver's test and registering the bike. We want everyone to have fun riding, but make sure you do it legally.
