I had big plans for my channel back in May and then over the summer I just kind of got off track and I couldn't seem to get back on. And not only was I not producing content for YouTube, I wasn't making as many of my regular work videos, nor was I as active on social media. I finally figured out why after watching one of Simon Sinek's videos.
I lost sight of my vision!! As much as I wanted to be super open about my life and experiences, I began to find that much more difficult to practice in real life. I started to feel awkward and weird about things, and I didn't want to post about certain subjects anymore. And although I knew this, I didn't really connect all of the dots until I watched Simon's video today (so you should definitely check it out yourself).
It is difficult to talk about difficult subjects. But, that's a major part of my vision, and I want to challenge myself to continue to do it. I'm hoping that now I have refocused on my goals, work will be a little easier for me moving forward.
