In the fall, over a million customers in Vero Beach, Florida, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Kansas City, Missouri can place an InHome Delivery order with Walmart.
Doing so will allow Walmart employees to not only deliver your groceries to your home, but also stock your refrigerator.
The employees have to work for Walmart for at least a year, go through extensive training, and wear cameras while doing the drop offs. Customers can watch them on video remotely.
The InHome FAQ page includes, “You’ll be able to see the whole process, from the opening of your door, to the stocking of your fridge, and every step in between, until our associate leaves and locks up."
Customers can even leave unwanted items from previous deliveries on their counter, and the employee will return them to Walmart.
