Seth Thomas 113 movement inspecting for wear

Here is a Seth Thomas 113 Westminster tambour movement. In this video I am showing how many bushings will need to be installed prior to final assembly. In this case 15 bushings will need to be installed. It’s obvious that it was worn out and had not been serviced for a long time. In fact one of the mainsprings has rust in it. After I replace the mainsprings an perform bushings, when it’s all back together it will look nice and run like a champ. Thanks for watching.
