HOW WEST AFRICANS COOK A SIMILAR DISH DIFFERENTLY (MAFE  GROUNDNUT STEW RECIPE) SÉNÉGAL In Ghana we use Peanut butter or Groundnut paste in making soup whilst the Senegalese make a stew out of it. Most of the ingredients used are similar in both countries however a few additional ingredients and method of cooking gives both dishes a different flavour and consistency.
