Wuhan virus not as serious as SARS, Singapore is well-prepared: Expert Singapore's transport sector is doing its part to prevent the spread of the Wuhan virus. Companies say they are increasing communications to users and employees about precautions and practising good hygiene. Meanwhile, a professor who has done extensive research on the 2003 Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) outbreak said the Wuhan coronavirus is not as severe. Professor Linfa Wang also added that Singapore is well-positioned to manage the Wuhan virus.
