Threadripper + Dual-GPU Benchmarks: Premiere Finally Benefits from Multi-GPU

Threadripper + Dual-GPU Benchmarks: Premiere Finally Benefits from Multi-GPU Adobe Premiere responds better to multi-GPU and high core counts than many think, it just requires the right workload. We're benchmarking 2x Teslas & a 3960X.

Things are a lot different than they used to be for Adobe Premiere. These days, multi-GPU setups can actually accelerate workloads meaningfully, even past Quadro RTX 5000 levels, as we demonstrate with heavy load on two Tesla V100 GPUs. We're using Adobe Premiere CC 2020 (which has actually gotten a lot more stable versus previous versions), but also benchmarking with Blender. We threw some thermal tests in there, too, and need to repaste the CPU.
