Hi guys! Welcome to this house building video in the Sims 4! Today I'm building my Ultramodern Tropical Lakehouse. For this house I built a wooden frame and placed the rooms in that frame to go for an ultramodern look. I made this house on a gorgeous 50x50 lot in Sulani, the world that came with the Island Living pack for the Sims 4. For the interior I wanted to go for a blend between modern and tropical.
