Searching For The Grey Ghost | 2019 Arizona Coues Deer (Ep. 1)

In episode 1 of 2019 Arizona Coues Deer, Randy Newberg boards a plane headed for Tucson, Arizona. Upon arriving he meets up with longtime friend, Jerry Pritchard who will be joining him on the hunt as the other tag holder.

They head out into the desert hills of southern Arizona to find a glassing know that allows them to grid a bunch of country with their binoculars. Coues deer are nicknames the "Grey Ghost" alluding to their difficulty of being spotted in this type of terrain.

Jerry and Randy spend a couple days exploring different areas and are able to turn up a few deer, but not many. Jerry locates a buck on a far off ridge. Now they just need to find one in a stalkable location.
