In this video i'm restoring a rusty and broken bench grinder. A few weeks ago i was to flea market and after few minutes in rain and bad weather i found this cool benck grinder, was all wet and dirty.
Right away i knew that i can make a nice restoration video for you.
This rusty bench grinder costed me 15 Euro($17), and the seller warned me that it does not work because it was in the rain.
This is the reason why i didn't test it before cleaning.
When i checked inside i discovered that the capacitor was exploded and both bearings were worn.
For the painting i choose to make it yellow with polished parts.
on some parts i decide to protect them with bluing metode.
This Restoration took me 5 days to complete.
I like so much this bench grinder and will be next to my other bench grinder for display on my shelf.
I hope you like my work and my video.
