Meet Victory. Just one of the many neglected, abused and lonely animals dropped off on the doorstep of ARF.

This girl was the edge of starvation. She had absolutely nothing to keep her warm. Her temperature was 92 degrees and was in need of urgent and intensive care. Her weight was only 8 pounds, where it should have been around 30 pounds. She could not even lift her head up. They truly didn't think she would make it.
