The accused who allegedly planted an explosive device at Mangaluru International Airport, Adithya Rao, was brought to Mangaluru by the ACP of Mangaluru North Belliyappa and other officials on Wednesday, January 22.

The police along with the accused boarded 7.15 pm flight from Kempegowda Airport in Bengaluru to reach Mangaluru International Airport at 8:30 pm.

Earlier, Adithya had landed at DG & IGP office on Nrupatunga Road in the early hours on Wednesday and surrendered himself. He was then taken to Halsoor Gate police station for questioning.

Aditya was taken to Panambur police station from Mangaluru International Airport. He is expected to be produced before the court and remanded to police custody for further inquiry.

Aditya Rao's face was covered by a black cloth before submitting him to the court. he is marked and shown in the cvideo.
