Delhi Colder Than Shimla, Temperature Drops To 2.6 Degrees Celcius

A thick layer of fog has engulfed the national capital region with the visibility level dropping to almost zero. Heavy fog disrupted flight operations at the Delhi airport on Monday with 20 flights diverted, four cancelled, and around 530 delayed.
