PROJECTS NEED TO BE SELF-SUSTAINING: JOSHUA D'SOUZA_Prudent Media Goa

Mapusa MLA Joshua D'Souza has stated that projects need to be self-sustaining so that the Municipality can generate its own income. Speaking during an event at Mapusa, he has informed the once such self-sustaining projects are brought; municipality need not rely on State fund and grants. Urban Development Minister Milind Naik was also present for the occasion
