New Yorkers have a love hate relationship with their subway system. The five boroughs have a total of 472 subway stations of which 151 are in Manhattan.

Leasing an office near a subway station does not really cost more in Manhattan. In fact, certain areas such as the "transportation triangle" located between the Port Authority, Grand Central Terminal and the Port Authority Bus Terminal offer among the most competitively priced office space rentals in Manhattan.
