Isuru Udana showed great sportsman spirit as he refused to run-out the non-striker despite having a lot of time to do so during the Match 28 of ongoing Mzansi Super League. The Bay Giants needed 24 runs to win off the last 8 balls against the Rocks and NMBG batsman Heino Kuhn went for a big shot off Udana. But he only managed to hit the ball straight into his partner, non-striker Marco Marais. It left Marais in pain outside his crease, struggling to get back in and the bowler had a chance to run him out but Udana decided against it.
