Laurence Fox: Pro-Diversity Arts are Anti Diverse Opinions. Public Backlash Against Woke Films etc.

In this clip from his "So What You're Saying Is..." interview [full interview: actor, singer/songwriter Laurence Fox argues that the arts establishment encourages all forms of diversity except diversity of opinion, irrespective of truth.

The collapse in box office takings for films promoting the woke agenda is surely evidence that it's creating a backlash amongst audiences / the general public, who, Fox contends, clearly do not agree with many woke positions.

This view would appear to be shared by Edward Fox, Laurence Fox's famous father. On being told that his grandson was being taught "Social Justice" as a school subject, Edward Fox exclaimed: "Justice is not a word that needs a modifier."

Laurence Fox also scoffs at the remarkable claim of many leading arts figures that Brexit will stifle creative imagination.

Fox also takes issue with the hypocrisy of privileged celebrities wearing revealing dresses and/or taking private jets whilst advocating respectively for the Me Too and/or Extinction Rebellion movements.

He particularly resents wealthy celebrities arguing that the public stop overseas holidays as this in essence reduces the quality of life of poorer members of the public for whom their one overseas holiday is much needed and valued as perhaps the biggest -- or even sole -- pleasure of the year.
