LAPD Homicide Suspect Detained at Gunpoint Ends up Case of Mistaken Identity 1st Amendment Audit

Long video here because I wanted to show this situation how I captured it. We were auditing then heard at code 3 near by. Mexican Righteous and I show up on scene a see a HEAVY POLICE PRESENCE. We record the incident and the "suspect" takes his anger out on the PRESS. He was handcuffed, shotgun to his back, face down by the police. But he was upset with us.
