James Deiparine sets new SEA Games record | 2019 SEA Games

James Deiparine put an end to the Philippines' decade-long drought in swimming as he won the men's 100m breaststroke in the 30th Southeast Asian Games.

The 26-year-old Deiparine clocked 1:01.46, and set a new SEA Games standard.
