If an app or widget appears here over and over again, there might be a problem with it. Second, you can check the Battery usage data on your iPhone. If one app is using an unusually high amount of battery life, especially in the background, there may be a problem with it.
The simplest way to eliminate problems caused by toxic apps or widgets is to delete them and find an alternative.
