How to do Planks Correctly | Proper Planks Form | Planks Exercise Back pain hota h planks karte time? If yes then you need to watch this

In this video of how to do planks correctly I've talked about all the major issues that I've seen with my clients and other people around the gyms that make these specific 3 to 4 mistakes and which leads to more complication and issues than solution desired from doing planks workout.

The major one is the dipping of back and this is a very big one. Some people think it is normal for your back to have the aching feeling when you're doing plank exercise. Let me tell you it shouldn't have any back concerns at all. Is plank a back exercise? is it? I don't think so and you know this too. So why are you not concerned when your back is hurting? back pain during plank is not ok.

Most people learn how to do planks by seeing other people instead of seeking advice for someone who knows what they are talking about. We lose information and we don't get all the information by just looking at someone doing planks.

That is why I've made this video to pass on as much information as I can on how to do planks correctly in hindi. If you've any concerns let me know in the comments below.

One good way to learn how to do plank is by doing it as long as you've all the information that you can use to get to where you want to get. I always tell my clients to feel where its making a difference. If the exercise you're doing is of biceps and you're feeling it in your shoulders then there is definately something that is going wrong.

Like here if proper plank form is not there then you're not going to feel it in your core no matter how hard you try. So learn the correct form first before trying to attempt planks for abs because if you don't then they will be there for back pain not for abs. Think about it a little bit.

Many people swear by looking forward for these guys here, but I don't recommend that because that eventually leads to the dipping in the back that I've talked about in the video here for plank workout. Give try to both and see which one you like and then do what works for you. As everyone is different and as long as you're feeling it in your core and not anywhere else then I don't give a flying penny where you're keeping your neck.

I'd recommend going by how your body is feeling while you're trying to perform plank exercise for men/ plank exercise for women.

Make sure your back is not hurting, you're not making pyramind out of your gluteus and you're feeling it in your core. That is all I'm asking and here was your video for how to do planks properly.
