The Firestorm Grenade and Devoted are both dropped by Captain Traunt. He is located on Athenas. Both the Firestorm Grenade and Devoted are world drops and can be obtained from any loot source, However Captain Traunt is the dedicated loot source meaning they have a higher drop rate from him.
