Duoc Pham is the community builder and developer at Vulcan Augmetics, a start-up specialized in producing prosthetic limbs for the disabled in Vietnam as well as other developing countries. As the Consumer Experience Manager, he wants to give consumers the best experience with his products. He believes that only by creating easy-to-use products for users, we will help consumers develop their ability and personal values. Besides his main career, Duoc Pham is also a young enthusiastic activist in volunteer work and other social projects in Vietnam for the past years.
When he was young, he lost his arm in a medical incident, but he turned the impossible to possible with extraordinary effort. His ambition is to create a community where everyone can promote their personal values.
His talk is filled with stories and accomplishments that Duoc has achieved with his startup to empower possibilities for disabilities through approaching technology efficiently. Also, the talk shall continuous with inspiring messages towards the state of being an outlier and grow from adversity.

Được Phạm là người xây dựng và phát triển cộng đồng tại Vulcan Augmetics, một startup chuyên sản xuất các sản phẩm tay chân giả cho cộng đồng người khuyết tật ở Việt Nam cũng như ở các quốc gia đang phát triển khác. Với vai trò là quản lý trải nghiệm người dùng, anh muốn mang đến cho người dùng những trải nghiệm tốt nhất với sản phẩm anh tạo ra.
Anh tin rằng chỉ khi tạo ra những sản phẩm mà người dùng có thể sử dụng một cách dễ dàng thì chúng ta sẽ tạo điều kiện cho mọi người phát huy hết khả năng và giá trị bản thân của mình. Ngoài sự nghiệp chính, Được Phạm còn là nhà hoạt động trẻ tích cực trong các công tác thiện nguyện và các dự án xã hội tại Việt Nam trong nhiều năm qua.
Tuy tai nạn y tế thuở nhỏ đã cướp đi cánh tay của anh, nhưng với sự nỗ lực phi thường anh đã biến những điều tưởng chừng như không thể thành có thể. Tham vọng của anh là tạo ra một cộng đồng nơi mà mọi người có thể phát huy hết giá trị riêng biệt của mình.
