Andrew Scheer determined to stay, announces new Deputy Leader

At an Ottawa news conference on November 28, 2019, Andrew Scheer tells reporters he is determined to stay on as Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada and is happy to face a mandatory leadership review at the Party's April 2020 conference. He also introduces his new Deputy Leader, Ontario MP Leona Alleslev, who crossed the floor from the Liberals in September 2018.
