What I did on my Last day of being 21 | self love in NYC

I love sharing how I actually integrate my self-love rituals and make my life into a meditation. This was my last day as a 21-year-old, it was a special year for me full of growth, empowerment, and love. I'm so so grateful for every second and I wish to keep being intentional with the tiny moments that make up my life. I wish to keep sending love to all the light and all the dark within. To shed old layers without fear, and lead with my heart always. Thank you for witnessing my journey, its an honor to be here with you!
