English/Español: GachaLife and animations Community will die...
People we need your help. There is a new Law by the FTC for youtube (COPPA)... All gachatubers/animators will be punished, please read all this post and help us to not disappear...
I am Drake, Avy's Brother... she's so sad about this new Laws that she dont want to continue with her work...
This new Law says: All videos that fits with "Kids Content" will be punished with NO COMMENTS SECTION, NO Community Tab, NO videos in Playlists or Watch later...
For YT and the FTC "Kids Content" means: animated/drawing Characters (all gachaLife community...) Songs that a kid could listen... and even "Girly Stuff..."
You want videos without comments?... Thats gonna happen to all of us, and many other channels that makes animations, they dont care about the content, if the content is drawings will be tagged as "Kids Content"
The entire GachaLife/animators Community is in high danger to disappear!!! Please you have to talk with your parents and tell them to sign the Petition to delete all these new rules. Please tell ur parents to watch this video and sign the Petition in description:
All of us gonna disappear if we dont DO something about this...
The FTC wants to protect kids, but, they are ruinning the entire youtube... Many ppl lives from making content, family friendly content that will be tagged as "Kids Content", they will have no job soon... (We dont earn money from YT, we wanted to do it, to create a real animation studio with my subs help... if we dont act right now, all of us will disappear eventually...)
Please help the animators/art community to stay alive!...
Tell ur parents to sign the Petition, cause even they will be affected with the quality content they can watch... Protect the kid's privacy doesn't mean to destroy arts...
The New FTC laws ask us all to tag our content as "Kids" - "NoKids" Content.
Choosing Kids Content will cause us to lose (starting January 2020):
-NO Comments Section
-NO Community Tab Section
-NO Chat
-NO Merch Tab... many more stuff...
Youtube can decide if our channels lose or not these options... Using their bots they can tag ur content as they wish.
ALL Gacha/Animations/Gaming/Arts/Crafting/Family/Music Videos could lose its comment section, and much more...

This new rule, will cause more youtubers around the world to choose to make more "adult" content in order to exist...
And kids and all of us will keep watching our fav youtubers and their new more "adult" content... The new rule wont work...
Protect privacy doesnt means destroy arts... This law will cause not proper ads for kids, no proper video content for them and ruin some ppl jobs.
PLEASE Remember being respectful cause FTC desire real opinions. Hate opinions could cause the worst scenario. Let parents to comment.

Las nuevas reglas en YT nos piden marcar todos los videos como "Contenido infantil" - "Contenido NO infantil".
Elegir "Contenido Infantil" nos causara a todos perder varias opciones:
-Sin caja de comentarios
-Sin seccion de comunidad
-Ganar menos de anuncios (Nosotros no ganamos nada, pero hay muchos otros que viven de esto, apoyemoslos)
-No chat
-No merca, y otras cosas
Youtube puede decidir si nuestross canales pierden estas opciones o no.
Todos los canales y videos de Gacha/Animaciones/Juegos/Artes/Manualidades/Familia/Musica, podrian perder sus cajas de comentarios y muchas otras cosas mas...

Esta nueva regla, causara que mas youtubers alrededor del mundo elijan crear contenido mas adulto
Y todos nosotros incluidos niños seguiran mirando a sus youtubers favoritos y su nuevo contenido mas adulto... La nueva regla no funciona...
Proteger la privacidad no significa destruir las artes... Esta nueva regla causara publicidad peor para los niños, contenido inadecuado para ellos y arruinara empleos.
Porfavor recuerden ser respetuosos con la FTC, pues ellos desean opiniones reales, comentarios de hate no ayudan. Permitan a los padres opinar.
