Basically, She’s put in a school but it's a prison tell me if you understand Her parents are unknown for now and her name is Rose. She was put in a foster home because she had these peculiar eyes and people were afraid of her. Soon she broke out of her foster home ,when she was 9, and had this urge to kill. So she kept killing and when she turned 15 they caught her and put her in the type of school prison and here she is now.
