The Frog stretch - build flexibility in your hip flexors and lengthen your adductors

The Frog stretch - build flexibility in your hip flexors and lengthen your adductors The Frog stretch may be one of the toughest stretches, but it's one of the best for building flexibility in hip flexors and lengthening your adductors. It also helps to release the Tensor Fasciae Latae muscle (the TFL is an abductor muscle). In this video I talk through the technique and modifications. I also mention a couple of other stretches that can also help to build your hip flexibility.

This video is part of a series where I answer pilates based questions submitted by my members and Youtube subscribers - if you have a question let me know at: sarah@kalmpilates.com. Don't be shy! ;-)
