Selecting Your Instagram Thumbnails in eClincher The Instagram API currently only allows for thumbnails to be selected from within the video.
eClincher samples your video every 5 seconds and saves a thumbnail for you.
When setting up the thumbnail you will be able to choose from the sampled images from within the video. Check out this tutorial to see how.
