And I get it.

It’s hard to justify it all when you’re feeling bigger, looking bigger than you want to be.

But the initial phase is about improving your metabolism.

It’s about increasing your body’s ability to handle more calories. It's about healing.

It’s about building muscle.

But it can be disheartening when you’ve been brainwashed to think a certain way...

You’ve been told skinny is healthy.

You’ve been told that eating 1200 calories a day is healthy.

Yet… you’re seeing the scale creep up and up.

But you know the other way doesn’t work.

You know how restrictive dieting and chronic cardio feels.

I know how that feels.

You end up miserable.

By taking this path, you have to stick with it and be consistent, as well as give your body TIME to heal.
