Conservationists express concerns over Murchison falls give way

Conservationists have expressed concern over a possible give away of Murchison falls for electrical generation. They were speaking at a stakeholders meeting organised by Uganda Wildlife Authority in Kampala. State Minister for Tourism, Godfrey Kiwanda Ssuubi, said cabinet insists a feasibility study will be conducted to assess the impact a possible giveaway would cause. But conservationists say they fear government may take a decision basing on political reasons and not science.#NTVNews
